Becky has been coaching CEOs and executives for over 15 years. Her mix of natural empathy, strong business insight and psychological understanding enable clients to make significant shifts in their leadership and successfully navigate challenging business contexts.
Becky’s 30 year business career spans a number of key industries and disciplines, combining to give her a multidimensional perspective of what it takes to be a great leader. Following an early career in retail buying and marketing, Becky became a strategy consultant with Boston Consulting Group, working directly with the boards and CEOs of global companies to advise on transformational strategies. She went on to become a board level search consultant, first with Spencer Stuart, where she led the European internet practice and then as Board Partner at the JCA Group. Both roles involved working closely with numerous FTSE boards to identify and hire CEOs. She also advised on the functioning of boards and board committees.
A highly regarded business coach, Becky has a deep understanding of the issues and dilemmas facing the CEO, executive committee and board. Clients value her insight into how to become board ready and crucially how to improve their impact with the board.

Becky has coached across a broad spectrum of industries, including technology, media, retail, luxury, fashion, consumer goods, banking, insurance, utilities and professional services. She is working with a number of PE backed businesses helping their executives adapt to the PE operating model.
