Andy has 30 years’ of coaching and management experience, predominantly in Asia Pacific. She has worked across a broad range of industries including FMCG, manufacturing, hospitality, luxury brands and utilities with a significant focus on finance and professional services.
Her approach to helping clients achieve lasting change is simple and pragmatic. Clients identify practical actions that they do at their desks that help them with transition, performance, potential and inclusion.
Having established her private coaching practice in 2002 she is now one of the most experienced coaches in Asia and her services are constantly in high demand with both global and local institutions.
Previously Andy led several regional functions for Goldman Sachs in Asia Pacific. She was responsible for sourcing, selecting and developing talent and has an in-depth appreciation of the specific issues that organizations face in managing a multi-cultural workforce in a highly dynamic region.
Andy began her career as a Research Fellow in Cognitive Psychology and Artificial Intelligence at Edinburgh University and later managed an HR consulting practice for EY in Hong Kong.
