About
Eyal holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology. After early career years working in psychiatric clinics and hospitals in New York City, he changed his focus to leadership coaching, assessment and development and has since been coaching and developing leaders in many of the world’s largest and most successful companies. He was an Executive Coach and Senior Consultant at a global leadership consultancy, where he also managed large development programmes for multinational corporations. For the past 10 years he has also been faculty at Meyler Campbell where he has trained dozens of executives to become business coaches.
Eyal coaches on a broad range of leadership challenges, with particular expertise in helping leaders develop their interpersonal leadership style and also coaching those who are working through transitions or circumstances that require them to lead themselves and others in new ways. His clients credit him with enabling them to achieve change that is significant, visible and sustained. He draws on a range of coaching approaches to enable his clients to align their values, drivers, aspirations and behaviours to succeed and thrive in their unique organisational context. He helps his clients gain clarity, challenge assumptions that hold them back and explore and deploy more effective ways of leading.
Eyal’s coaching is grounded in the belief and evidence that sustained leadership growth and impact is best achieved by harnessing the impact of ‘inside-out’ change alongside developing new skills, behaviours and capabilities. His clients describe his coaching as highly insightful, empowering and practical. He is uncompromisingly committed to offering openness, support, empathic challenge and a forward-looking approach to his clients.
Eyal is based in London. His personal multicultural/multinational background has contributed greatly to his appreciation of the challenges and opportunities that these experiences bring.
