Nathan has been coaching and advising CEOs, C-suite, future leaders, and teams internationally for over 25 years across a broad range of customer-facing industries and sectors. This experience is drawn from listed global organisations and teams going through significant periods of business, digital and cultural based change and transformation.
Having led the People and Change Agenda as part of numerous listed and divisional multi-national ExCos, including Boots (WBA), dmg media, PepsiCo and most recently SSP Group, Nathan brings to our Partnership deep understanding of driving positive commercial change across complex international colleague-centred businesses. His personal passion and track record is centred around positively shifting organisational culture through engagement, performance and inclusion based action.
In parallel to his corporate career, Nathan has acted as coach, NED and business advisor across a small number of individual and business clients across FMCG, Financial Services, Digital and Utility sectors.
A International Coaching Federation certified coach, Nathan also holds Post Graduate Certificates in Business Administration (University of Bradford, School of Management) and Consulting and Change (The Tavistock Institute). He is currently studying Supervision for Coaching and Consulting.
