Importantly I really look forward to the time I spend with Richard. He got to know me, my team and our organisation, thus enabling our discussions to be framed in context. I really appreciated his ability to draw upon his vast practical experience in the worlds of commerce and the legal community, and supplement it with teachings and research from his world of academia. Richard continually challenged me in a thought provoking, but not uncomfortable, manner. My only regret? That I didn’t implement change as quickly as Richard thought was appropriate and achievable.
