Richard is a pragmatic, challenging and caring coach, working with the leadership of high profile corporates and professional service firms to help them perform at their fulfilled best.
He is a teaching Associate at the Møller Institute at Cambridge University, a course contributor at Oxford Saïd Business School and a Faculty member of Meyler Campbell, delivering executive coach training and leadership development. He also serves on the advisory board of Imperial College’s MBA programme.

Based in London, he previously spent over 10 years living and working in New York, Paris and Brussels. Drawing on his own frontline experience as a global leader and local manager.

Described in the trade press as “a corporate heavyweight”, Richard’s many leadership roles include:
serving on the Global Board of the world’s largest law firm as Global Vice Chair and Global Client Partner, responsible for the global client and markets strategy for a $2.5bn business located in 82 countries;

founding and heading several international offices;

Leading a multi-national M&A division.

Deeply committed to diversity and inclusion, he is a mentor for the 30% Club (promoting women in FTSE 250 board rooms), serves on the Advisory Board of The Big Change, a Virgin family charity focussed on improving education, and is a listening volunteer at The Samaritans.
As well as a focus on coaching individual leaders and high-performing teams, he speaks frequently around the world to large audiences on market disruption, innovation, sales culture, entrepreneurship and international strategy.
